Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gastric adenoma with intraepithelial neoplasia; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Differentiated mucosal carcinoma, tumor less than 3 cm in size; 4. Differentiated adenocarcinoma with minute submucosal penetration (SM1,<500 mm), tumor less than 3 cm in size; 5. Undifferentiated intramucosal cancer, tumor less than 2 cm in size; 6. Flat polyps derived from mucosal layer larger than 1cm in size. 7. Able to cooperate or tolerate endoscopy; 8. Singed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with lymphatic, vascular tumor cell infiltration or ulceration; 2. Those at high risk of anesthesia; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, blood diseases, allergic diseases, and coagulopathy; 4. Patients with severe anemia, uncorrected infection or other high-risk conditions; 5. Pregnant woman.
