Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients requiring unilateral initial TKA surgery ; (2) aged 18 to 80 years; (3) body mass index was 20~35 kg/m2; (4) the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is I ~ III level; (5) the patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) there were more than moderate intraoperative knee malformations (pronation and flexion malformations) and joint stiffness; (2) surgical history of knee joint and surgical limb neuropathy; (3) alcohol or drug abuse and and allergic to any drugs in this trial,Contraindicated use of glucocorticoids; (4) long-term opioid users(opioids were used daily or almost daily for more than 3 months); (5) language impairment and inability to perform pain numerical scales (NRS); (6) local skin infection and bleeding at the puncture site of anesthesia; (7) patients considered unfit for inclusion by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
