Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis standard of primary trigeminal neuralgia according to the international headache society; Course of disease: chronic > for 3 months, ineffective or intolerant to drug treatment; Agree to receive minimally invasive surgery (minimally invasive surgery for gasserian ganglion); Pain score: VAS>=4; Parts: II, III and II, III branch of trigeminal nerve.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mental illness and inability to complete investigations; Patients with abnormal coagulation function and infection who are not suitable for minimally invasive surgery; Pregnant and aged under 18; patients with surgery history for trigeminal neuralgia.
