18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged >= 18 years; Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) >= 12; invasive mechanical ventilation treatment; estimated mechanical ventilation treatment for more than 5 days; ICU length of stay >= 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unconscious patients, unable to cooperate with the examination; spinal cord injury; acute stroke; lower limb fracture; history of cognitive dysfunction or neuromuscular disease; receiving muscle relaxant treatment; acute and chronic heart failure; acute myocardial infarction.
