Day group1,2,3,4,5,6:Inject ropivacaine epidural with 0.0375%, 0.075%, 0.1125%, 0.15%, 0.1875% and 0.225% respectively.
night group1,2,3,4,5,6:Inject ropivacaine epidural with 0.0375%, 0.075%, 0.1125%, 0.15%, 0.1875% and 0.225% respectively.

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) singleton pregnancy; 2) Aged 18 to 45 years; 3) BMI 18 to 26kg/m2; 4) cervical dilation 3-5 cm; 5) gestational age 37-42 weeks; 6) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I or II; 7) height is 150 to 175cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of epidural anesthesia; 2. Scarred uterus; 3. severe medical or obstetric complications; 4. allergic to local anesthetics.
