Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient has at least 3 months of nasal congestion, purulent sputum, decreased olfactory, headache, etc., and confirmed by sinus CT, nasal endoscopy, anterior nasal examination, etc., unilateral or bilateral nasal nasal polyps, age Greater than or equal to 18 years of age can participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. If the patient has used drugs such as steroids that interfere with Eos within 1 month before enrollment, he has undergone endoscopic sinus surgery for CRSwNP, combined with fungal rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, nasal inverted papilloma, etc. Nasal disease, CRSwNP patients with unreasonable expectation of treatment effect or other mental illness, do not accept ECP test strips to detect nasal secretions, etc. can not participate in this study; 2. The chief physician of our hospital thinks that it is not suitable for participation.
