Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 40 to 80 years; (2) All patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who met the classification and diagnosis criteria of cerebrovascular diseases were confirmed by head CT or MRI scan; (3) The first stroke, the course of disease within 1 month; (4) Walking dysfunction (the standard of walking dysfunction in stroke patients was: the walking time of patient who = l0s; Patients aged 60-69 years with 10m walking time >= 12.5s; L0m walking time of patients who >= 70 years old ,>= 16.6s); (5) With the help of one person or crutches, can stand and at least assist walking l0m above; (6) Lower limb muscle strength level 2 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having serious behavioural problems or mental disorders; (2) Combined with cognitive impairment (MMSE<=24 points), unable to cooperate with training; (3) Cerebellar stroke, recent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, quadriplegia; Parkinson's disease; Lower limb fractures; Recent myocardial infarction. (4) Accompanied by important organs (heart, lung, liver, kidney, etc.) failure, malignant tumor, unstable condition. (5) Patients with cerebrovascular accident history and walking dysfunction; (6) Those who have completed routine gait training.
