Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 65 to 80 years. 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 3) No acute complications of diabetes. 4) Understand and sign the informed consent. 5) Can stop drugs such as gabapentin, pregabalin and other treatments for neuralgia. 6) Able to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with other neuromuscular diseases (cerebrovascular disease, brain trauma, Parkinson's disease, myasthenia gravis, etc.). 2) Significant abnormalities in heart, lung, liver and kidney. 3) Participate in other clinical studies during the same period.
