Interventions

group 1:Patients in group 1 were converted to plastic cannulae dialysis for 6 times after receiving 6 times of metal needle dialysis.
group 2:Patients in group 2 were converted to metal needle dialysis for 6 times after receiving 6 times of plastic cannulae dialysis

28 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects were eligible for participation if their vascular access was AVF. Regular hemodialysis was performed for more than 6 months, 3 sessions a week and 4h each time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They were also excluded if they with the unstable condition, poor language communication, poor AVF function, and serious complications related to vascular access, such as hemangioma, thrombosis, infection of puncture area.
