Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: Aged 18-59 years old; patients without family history + interventricular septal thickness >=15 mm or with family history + interventricular septal thickness >=15 mm; non-obstructive: Left ventricular outflow tract pressure difference 30 mmHg. 2. Chronic kidney failure: Aged 18-59 years old; diagnosis meets the US Clinical Practice Guidelines for Chronic Kidney Disease (2002), renal structure or function disorders caused by various etiologies for more than 3 months; without history of hypertension prior to the onset of CKD. Divided into: CKD2~3 stage subgroup: GFR 30~89 ml/min; CKD4~5 stage subgroup: GFR 50%; (4) All patients were excluded from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, other arteriosclerotic diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; (5) without history of long-term smoking and/or drinking, hypertension, hyperlipidemia. Divided into: Diabetes subgroup: fasting-blood glucose >=6.1 mmol/L, 2 h blood glucose level in oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) >=10 mmol/L; Impaired fasting-blood glucose regulation (IFG) subgroup: fasting-blood glucose 6.1~6.9 mmol/L; Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) subgroup: OGTT 2 h blood glucose level 7.8~11.1 mmol/L; Both impaired subgroup: Both fasting-blood glucose and glucose tolerance were impaired. fasting-blood glucose 6.1~6.9 mmol/L and OGTT 2 h blood glucose level 7.8~11.1 mmol/L. 4. Hypertension: Aged 18-59 years old; diagnosis meets the China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2010 revised edition); Routine two-dimensional ultrasonography showed no abnormalities in left ventricular structure and function, or only mild diastolic dysfunction. 5. Hyperthyroidism: (1) Aged 18-59 years old; (2) meet the Hyperthyroidism Diagnostic Criteria of Chinese Society of Endocrinology (2008): 1) Clinical symptoms and signs of hyperthyroidism appeared, and the heart chamber has not expanded; 2) laboratory criteria: TSH 9.15 pmol/L (normal value 3.19~9.15 pmol/L) and/or FT4 > 25.47 pmol/L (normal value 9.11~25.47 pmol/L). 6. Hypothyroidism: Aged 18-59 years old; patients with clinical symptoms and signs of hypothyroidism. Laboratory tests showed at least 2 thyroid dysfunctions in venous blood on different days. Clinical hypothyroidism subgroup: TSH was above normal, FT4 was below normal; Subclinical hypothyroidism subgroup: TSH was above normal, T4 and FT4 were normal. Ultrasonographic electrocardiogram showed left ventricular myocardial mass index was in the normal range (LVMI normal value: female 23 kg/m2, overweight; > 25 kg/ m2, obesity. 9. Normal control: Aged 18-59 years old; patients without abnormal physical examination and blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, virus four, blood lipids, blood glucose, liver function, kidney function, thyroid function, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy: Pregnant woman; the patients with ventricular wall hypertrophy caused by hypertension, coronary heart disease, aortic arch constriction, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, metabolic diseases and other factors were excluded after consultation with medical history, Ultrasonographic electrocardiogram, and physical examination; athletes with ventricular wall hypertrophy; HCM patients who have undergone surgery; patients with poor image quality. 2. Chronic kidney failure: Pregnant woman; patients with changes in cardiac structure and poor image quality caused by myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other diseases. 3. Diabetes: (1) Pregnant woman; (2) patients with a clear history of diabetes; (3) patients with cardiac dysfunction; (4) patients with combined coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular disease, severe liver and kidney disease; (5) patients taking drugs that affect glycolipid metabolism; (6) patients with long-term smoking and/or drinking history, with hypertension, hyperlipidemia; patients with poor image quality. 4. Hypertension: Pregnant woman; patients with secondary hypertension, atrioventricular enlargement, thickening of the left ventricular wall, coronary heart disease, diabetes, cardiomyopathy, moderate to severe valvular heart disease, severe arrhythmia or other important organ diseases; patients with poor image quality. 5.
