60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60-85 years, ASA I-III, received elective surgery of unilateral lower extremity orthopedics, the anesthesia lasted more than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe central nervous system and psychological diseases that cannot finish the test (such as sequelae of cerebral infarction , barylalia, inability to write, etc.), alcoholism or drug dependence, severe liver and kidney dysfunction (child-pugh grade C; uremic syndrome with replacement therapy), severe electrolyte disturbances, uncontrolled cardiovascular and respiratory system disease, severe coagulopathy, puncture site infection, lumbar vertebral fracture, serious visual impairment dysaudia and parachromatopsia or hypochromatopsia, sinus bradycardia and conduction block, patients with claustrophobia, patients with metal implants, or cardiac pacemaker ,patients who are participating in other clinical trials, other reasons which are not suitable for the clinical subject.
