20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Chinese women and Chinese speaking; (2) Primipara; (3) Singleton pregnancy; (4) Gestational age of 28-32 weeks; (5) Aged 20 years (Chinese legal age for marriage) to 35 years (High-risk parturient); (6) A high level of FOC (W-DEQ-A >=66).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obstetric complications: gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, epilepsy, placenta previa, premature labor; (2) Congenital fetal abnormalities or fetal distress; (3) Psychiatric history or severe mental disorders; (4) Substance abuse and drug addiction.
