Experimental Group:Prenatal Yoga + Routine Antenatal Care

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida, 20-28 weeks of gestation; 2. Aged ? 18 years; 3. Singleton pregnancy; 4. Normal extremities and able to undertake activities; 5. Chinese-speaking; 6. Live in Wuhan until delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who decide to take caesarean sections or use epidural anesthesia; 2. With major obstetric or medical pregnancy-related complications by consulting to their doctors; 3. With fetal abnormalities or fetal distress in uterus which was confirmed by ultrasonography; 4. Have prior experience of practicing yoga.
