Group 2:Maintain SBP not lower than baseline during operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 65 years of age, history of hypertension >= 3 years; elective non-cardiac surgery; (ASA) II-III, surgery time of at least 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cerebral infarction, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, carotid stenosis, history of craniocerebral surgery; Severe cardiac insufficiency (LVEF 180mmHg; refused to participate in the study.
