Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Non-acute patients scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC); (2) At the age of or more than 65 years old,at the age of or less than 85 years old of the age, gender is not limited; (3) No contraindication of LC operation and general anesthesia; (4) No significant gallbladder effusion was observed by colorful Doppler Ultrasound or MRI; no significant thickening of gallbladder wall, no double or multiple ring sign of gallbladder on CT or MRI; (5) No choledocholithiasis or other need for surgery. There were no acute or chronic gastrointestinal obstruction, delayed gastric emptying and other symptoms before operation; (6) Patients were willing to accept LC treatment; (7) No mental illness, no obvious hearing or language disorder, normal communication, independent civil behavior ability and normal speech expression during treatment; (8) Patients agree to accept accelerated rehabilitation surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus before operation, blood pressure was not controlled within 160/100mmHg and blood glucose was not controlled within normal range; hemoglobin was lower than 100g/L during perioperative period, operation time was longer than 3 hours, blood loss was more than 100ml; blood pressure fluctuated during operation; serious electrolyte disturbance; cardiopulmonary insufficiency; previous epilepsy; History or abnormal electroencephalogram; Recent use of sedative or psychotropic drugs; Heart, liver, brain, lung and other important organs have organic diseases.
