Interventions

Routine treatment group:Routine intravenous drip of 20% mannitol or sodium aescinate and elevation of affected limbs by 45 degrees were used.
Mirabilite external application group:Applying Traditional Bags
Mirabilite roll external application group:One-off mirabilite roll for patent application

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fracture inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria. 2. Medical history information is complete,no swelling caused by other systemic diseases ,it does not affect the judgement of curative effect. 3. All fractures were fresh closed fractures ,no limbs were fixed with plaster or splint.no skin damage, can fully expose the skin of the fracture site. Postoperative Fracture Surgery : 1. All of them were patients with swelling after fracture operation. 2. No other systemic diseases were found. 3. Normal coagulation function. 4. No varicose veins of lower extremities were found. 5. No abnormal pain perception in patients. 6. Mirabilite-free allergy. 7. Mental status normal, no communication barrier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After fracture: 1. Poor general condition with severe diseases of other systems, a person who may cause swelling of the limbs. 2. Fracture injuries to important blood vessels. 3. Gravidas, non-compliant patient, failure to cooperate with researchers. Postoperative Fracture Surgery: 1. Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes mellitus. 2. Patients with severe systemic infections. 3. Haemorrhagic tendencies. 4. Patients with varicose veins of lower extremities. 5. Patients with malignant tumors.
