Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with KDIGO Phase V Diagnostic Criteria for Chronic Kidney Disease; 2. Maintain hemodialysis > 3 months, regular dialysis, 2-3 times / week; 3. The patient aged 18 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 4. Informed consent to participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate smoothly; 2. Acute, critical, and malignant tumors such as acute infection, severe heart, lung, liver, and nervous system diseases; 3. Antibiotics, probiotics used in the past month; 4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as gastrointestinal bleeding, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, and patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 5. Patients who were judged to be unsuitable for the study by the investigator; 6. Participate in other clinical trial patients at the same time.
