Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. CTA showing lower extremity vascular stenosis 2. Intermittent claudication(<500m) 3. Fasting blood glucose = 10mmol / L; 4. Aged 30 to 80 years, regardless of gender; 5. Those who can adhere to long-term medication; 6. Patients who volunteer to participate in the study, informed consent, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, respiratory system, etc., liver function is more than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Allergic constitution; 4. Other diseases or psychosis that the investigator believes may limit efficacy evaluation or patient follow-up; 5. Patients who have participated in other drug clinical trials in the past 4 weeks.
