Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with subacute thyroiditis can be diagnosed in both sexes, regardless of the severity of the disease; 2. Aged 18-70 years; 3. Detailed understanding of the nature, significance, potential benefits, inconvenience and potential hazards of the test before the test; 4. Understand the research procedure and sign the written informed consent voluntarily; 5. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs were not used.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT greater than 2.5 times the normal upper limit, or Cr > 132 umon/l, or eGFR III); 3. Liushen pills were used in the past three months; 4.Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 3 months; 5. Pregnancy; 6. In the past five years, there have been organ system tumors treated or untreated, regardless of evidence of local recurrence or metastasis; 7. History of abuse of addictive active substances, including alcohol, and alcohol-related diseases in the past two years; 8. Any impact judged by the researchers on enrollment.
