Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Skin incision with no more than 8cm in length and requiring surgical debridement and suture; 2. Skin incision within 8 hours; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years; 4. Voluntary participation and sign on the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin incision with large skin defects, fracture, vessel and nerve injury; 2. Severe soft tissue contusion at the wound site; 3. Infected incision, or severe contaminated incision with high probability of infection; 4. HIV1, HIV2, HBV, HCV, HTLV1 or syphilis positive; 5. Patients with medical histories such as coagulation disorders, infectious diseases, poor general condition, and severe medical diseases; 6. Serious mental illness; 7. Pregnancy and breast-feeding women, or women with the intention to pregnancy; 8. Patients with malignant cancer; 9. Patients with stroke or limbs autonomic dysfunction; 10. Participated in other clinical trials last 3 months; 11. Other cases that researchers believe not suitable for the participants of the trial.
