20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who agree with Regional and General Anesthesia for pneumonectomy; 2. ASA grade I to III; 3. Ablity to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scoring system or use patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient with coagulation disorders,mental disorder,rejection to take part in this study,having attended other studies,and anatomical abnormality.
