Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years who were able to communicate normally and underwent laparoscopic abdominal surgery with informed consent and volunteered to participate in this experiment were classified as I-II by ASA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anaesthesia; 2. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 3. Acute inflammatory manifestations, such as fever, infection, etc. (body temperature above 37.5 degree C, white blood cell count greater than 10.0 x 10^9/L); 4. Patients with history of hand trauma or surgery, or history of neuromuscular diseases or small arthritis within 3 months; 5. Gel electrode allergy; 6. Participating in other studies; 7. Posture and surgery interfere with the normal work of TOF-Watch SX; 8. Patients with cardiac pacemaker installation; 9. Are taking or have taken drugs that affect neuromuscular conduction, or affect the metabolism of cis-atracurium (such as aminoglycosides, polymyxin and other antibiotics, phenytoin sodium, potassium ion and other antiepileptic, anticonvulsant and psychoactive drugs); 10. BMI >= 25 or <= 18kg/m2, T < 32 degree C); 11. A person who has no civil capacity or restricts civil capacity (eg with mental illness or severe disability).
