Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hypertension patients in basic public health services; (2) PHQ-9 score >= 5; (3) Aged 18 to 69 years; (4) Participants graduated from high school at least. They can understand the questionnaire and communicate without obvious obstacles; (5) Participants will not change their living places in the next six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Self-reported physical diseases who can not participate in the project activities; such as severe myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, liver cirrhosis, uremia and so on; (2) Visual acuity and hearing function are severely impaired or limb ability is limited, which affects activity. (3) With a history of taking antipsychotics or antianxiety or depressive drugs within 3 months, or self-reported substance abuse or dementia.
