Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) permanent residents of the community; (2) aged >= 70 years; (3) normal thinking ability; (4) willing to cooperate with this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) those with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; (2) secondary OP caused by factors such as diabetes and hyperparathyroidism; (3) senile dementia or those with severe mental and neurological diseases; (4) Those with a history of violent fractures or pathological fractures.
