Gold Standard:1. Clinical symptoms: (1) Knee pain on most days of the previous month
(2) joint movement sound
(3) Morning stiffness is less than 30 minutes
(4) Being over 38 years of age

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected osteoarthritis older than 30 years old, and have completed MR imaging scans in our hospital. X-Ray data was also collected for X-Ray scans performed within 2 months before and after the MR scan. During the MR and X-Ray scans, the patient did not have other interventions and medications, as well as other joint-related injuries; 2. The Department of Radiology is responsible for the X-Ray and MR diagnostic reports. The diagnosis report should clearly indicate that the patient is arthritic and has no other knee-related complications, no tumor or metastasis; 3. Collect the corresponding orthopaedic diagnosis and medical history, and the diagnosis report should give the patient's grade of osteoarthritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are other diseases or complications associated with the knee joint; 2. Have done any knee surgery before scanning; 3. With severe knee injury or fracture after the scan; 4. MR or X-Ray images are blurred and there is no clear imaging diagnosis; 5. Diagnostic results have not been quantified by orthopedic specialists on the knee joint (some data can be re-read by orthopedic experts).
