Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA <= III, aged 65 ~ 85 years, patients undergoing laparoscopic urological surgery under intravenous general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Refusing to sign the informed consent; Cerebrovascular diseases within 6 months include cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral embolism history or neurological sequelae more than 6 months. Depression score > 16, simple mental state test (MMSE) < 23, years of education < 3; Severe impairment of vision, hearing and verbal communication; Preoperative seizures in 4 ~ 6 weeks unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction, cardiac function NYHA III ~ IV level; Patients with severe liver and kidney function; Patients with comorbidities of the intestine, such as ulcerative colitis and clonagna.
