Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-80 years; 2. Previously diagnosed as COPD according to the diagnostic criteria of GOLD 2019 (FEV1/FVC<0.7 after using the bronchodilator). Diagnostic criteria of AECOPD: 1) An acute worsening of respiratory symptoms; 2) At least two major symptoms (ie: aggravate dyspnea, cough and sputum secretion) or a major symptom and a secondary symptom( runny nose/ nasal congestion, wheezing, sore throat, cough). 3) Persist at least 2 days. 3. Ability to participate in the trial, can communicate with each other in language or words, agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent,cCan complete the test-related trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy: Pregnant or lactating women or having fertility but do not use acceptable contraceptive measure. 2. Respiratory diseases: a-1 antitrypsin deficiency, lung cancer, bronchiectasis, pneumoconiosis, pneumothorax, and tuberculosis. 3. Immunodeficient patients, such as malignant tumors, organ or bone marrow transplants with or without immunosuppressive agents in the past 3 months, AIDS. 4. With a history of chronic alcohol abuse, drug abuse, or any factors that affect compliance. 5. Severe or uncontrolled complications of other systems. 6. Acute exacerbation of COPD within the last 12 weeks before inclusion.
