18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Man and woman aged 18-75 years old; (2) coronary heart disease was definitely diagnosed by clinical symptoms, ECG and coronary CTA or coronary angiography, and peripheral atherosclerosis was diagnosed by doppler ultrasonography; (3) LDL - C > 1.80mmol/L; (4) has been received statin combined with ezetimibe treatment at least 4 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Disturbance of consciousness; (2) cardiogenic shock; (3) liver dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase 3 times higher than the upper limit of normal); (4) renal insufficiency (endogenous creatinine clearance rate <70 mL/min); (5) severe skin diseases; (6) cancer; (7) pregnancy or lactation; (8) use of liver protection drugs during treatment.
