Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A primipara of a single-term full-term pregnancy who is willing to give birth and analgesia, ASA II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: contraindications for spinal anesthesia; patients with communication impairments who could not cooperate with the study protocol; presence of physical activity disorders requiring auxiliary placement of the pubic symphysis, etc.; previous vertebral anesthesia with deep contact History of anesthesia surgery or medical workers. Elimination criteria: for various reasons, there is no painless delivery at the end; it is difficult to make a spontaneous position because the uterine contraction pain is too frequent to cooperate, and the mother is assisted by others.
