Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inpatients of STEMI between September 1st 2019 and November 30th 2019 will be included. AMI was diagnosed clinically on the basis of symptoms, electocardiographic changes, and increased serum levels of cardiac enzymes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with sever pulmonary infection; 2. Combined with cardiogenic shock; 3. Combined with acute cerebral infarction; 4. Combined with sever trauma; 5. Performed CPR after after STEMI onset; 6. Combined with malignant tumor or leukemia; 7. In the acute phase of autoimmune disease; 8. Combined with myocarditis or post-infarction syndrome.
