Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (2010 revised edition) : 1) no drinking history or alcohol equivalent amount less than 140 g/ week (female < 70 g/ week); 2) excluding certain diseases such as viral hepatitis that may lead to steatohepatitis; 3) liver biopsy histological changes meet the pathological diagnostic criteria for fatty liver disease; 4) in view of the diagnosis of liver histology is difficult to obtain, will also be liver imaging, ultrasound, CT and MR) performance accord with the standard of diagnosis of the diffuse fatty liver patients and no other reason can explain; 5) patients with metabolic syndrome related components: serum transaminase and pancreatic peptide increased. transaminase levels have light to moderate (less than 5 times the upper limit of normal), usually is given priority to with increased ALT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with tumor; 2) Combined with diseases such as disease, drug liver disease, autoimmune liver disease and other liver disease. 3) The clinical data are incomplete.
