Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. inclusion criteria of gastroscope novice: gastroscopists without experience in gastroscopy or virtual reality computer simulation. 2. inclusion criteria of patients: older than 18 years, conform to the indications for gastroscopy,without contraindications ,and no sedations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. exclusion criteria of gastroscope novice:gastroscopists with experience in gastroscopy or virtual reality computer simulation, and phisicians not in gastroenterology department 2. exclusion criteria of patients:younger than 18 years, pregnancy, with main dangers of endoscopy, coagulopathy, difficulty swallowing, with sedation.
