Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Acute ischemic stroke (diagnosed according to the AHA/ASA criteria) within 72 hours of symptom onset; 2. NIHSS score 5 but raid remission or fluctuation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. mRs>2; 2. Cardiogenic Minor Ischemic Stroke; 3. TIA; 4. Intracranial hemorrhagic disease; 5. With severe cardiopulmonary disease, the researchers think it is un- suitable to participate in this study; 6. Patients with a life expectancy of < 3 months and unable to complete the study; 7. Patients who receive early intravenous thrombolysis or who plan to receive endovascular treatment; 8. Refuse to sign informed consent.
