Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients themselves and their families voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent. 2. COPD patients with grade II-IV according to the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in 2019 were not trained in IMT. 3. Stable condition, good understanding ability, clear consciousness and accurate expression of their feelings.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary bullae. 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary disease, it can not cooperate with the experiment. 3. Complicated with severe mental illness. 4. Severe organ dysfunction or pulmonary surgery patients. 5. Those who have difficulty walking due to other diseases. 6. Those who cannot cooperate for other reasons.
