Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 2012 International Pancreatic Disease Association, the classification of acute pancreatitis, the Atlanta Classification Standard (Revised Edition) will be accompanied by abdominal muscle tension, abdominal tenderness, rebound tenderness and mild acute pancreatitis with aggravating tendency, moderately severe Acute pancreatitis and patients with severe acute pancreatitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients 80 years of age; (2) Do not sign informed consent; (3) Pregnancy and lactation women; (4) Patients with severe bleeding tendency (platelets <30×10^9/L) and hemophilia patients; (5) Life expectancy <6 months, unable to reach the 6-month follow-up period (malignant tumor or other serious diseases); (6) History of recent abdominal surgery; (7) Abdominal trauma or serious infection; (8) Traumatic pancreatitis; (9) Patients who have been included in other studies that may have an impact on the study.
