Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 1-6 years, gender unlimited, ASA 1-3 level, family members signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Preoperative psychiatric abnormalities or neurodevelopmental disorders; 3. Severe disorders of consciousness affect delirium assessment (e.g., coma and deep sedation); 4. Associated nerve block contraindications; 5. Delirium assessment due to congenital visual or hearing impairment.
