Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade ?-III; patients undergoing lower limb surgery; ethical, voluntary and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2); those with spinal malformations or have undergone spinal surgery; those who had any infection at the proposed puncture site; those with history of allergy to local anesthetics; coagulation disorder.
