35 Years to 83 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetes patients aged 35 years and older in the selected community, ie diabetes patients managed in the selected Community Health Service Basic Public Health Service, diabetes patients managed in other follow-up programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 35 years of age and gestational diabetes are not included in this study.
