Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Young people between the ages of 20-30 years, elderly between the ages of 50-75 years, elderly practicing Tai Chi greater than or equal to three years between the ages of 50-75 years; 2) Male and female; 3) Physical and mental health, no congenital diseases; 4) Qualified persons passed the physical examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With symptoms such as severe diarrhea and vomiting within 2 weeks; 2) Withs obvious fever and other cold symptoms within one month; 3) A large history of drinking (alcoholism), or a long history of heavy drinking; 4) The body weight fluctuated significantly within 2 months (change is greater than 5Kg); 5) History of surgery or history of severe trauma within six months; 6) Have a history of hyperthyroidism, hepatitis, etc.; 7) Depression or mental disorder, suspicious persons need to confirm the depression scale and mental state scale; 8) Women who are in the physiological period during the project.
