Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) clear mind, can communicate through gestures, language, expression, with a certain reading and writing ability; (2) acute respiratory failure was admitted to ICU as the main cause, with previous independent functional status, and Barthel index score of more than 61 points 2 weeks before admission; (3) mechanical ventilation time within 48 hours; (4) before the onset of mechanical ventilationThe; (5) aged >18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women; (2) have spine, pelvis, limbs and other unstable fractures; (3) certain or suspected neuromuscular diseases, such as myasthenia and Guillian-Barre syndrome; (4) severe bleeding risk, platelet 50s; (5) myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, orthostatic hypotension; (6) need special treatment (such as ECMO, IABP, CPPT, etc.); (7) severe obesity BMI>35 kg/m2.
