Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis who meet the 2012 Atlanta diagnostic criteria; 2. Admitted within 72 hours of onset; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer; 2. Previous history of gastrointestinal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease, and history of abdominal surgery; 3. Combined pregnancy; 4. Patients who died or were discharged from hospital within 48 hours of admission; 5. Abandon treatment or loss of follow-up; 6. Patients who did not agree to sign the informed consent form.
