Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 21-45 year old physical health medical staff.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded if they had symptoms of respiratory or digestive tract infections, or if they were treated with antibiotics or anti-inflammatory agents in recent two months prior to sampling. Subjects with severe obesity [body mass index (BMI) >=32 kg/m2], diabetes, metabolic syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease or severe cardiovascular diseases (such as coronary artery disease or stroke) were also excluded.
