Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients admitted to the hematology department of Fujian Medical University Union Hospital for treatment; (2) adult patients (18 years old or older); (3) having been diagnosed as hematologic malignancy for more than one month; (4) patients with knowledge of their diagnosis and prognosis; (5) having the ability to read and speak Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) less than two weeks of predicted survival; (2) have cognitive impairment (comprehension or expression problems); (3) is taking anti-anxiety or anti-depression drugs; (4) received psychotherapy or spiritual care intervention within the last 3 months.
