Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Definite preoperative diagnosis of vocal cord lesions; 2. Those who plan to undergo the resection of vocal cord lesions by suspension laryngoscope in the daytime operating room; 3. ASA class I and II; 4. Subjects give informed consent to the study; 5. Subjects cooperate well.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, and metabolic diseases; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Have difficulty in airway.
