Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. ECOG score in the eastern United States (annex 2) : 0-2; 3. Histologically confirmed squamous cell carcinoma; Clinical stage: texperience +M0, t2-t4an0-2m0 (8th AJCC/UICC stage, M1b does not include lymph node metastasis or viscera metastasis more than the peritoneal trunk or supravicular area). 4. Those who are medically unable or refuse surgery; 5. Have not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or participated in other clinical studies; 6. Leucocyte >=3.0x10^9 or neutrophil >=1.5x10^9; Hemoglobin >=90 g/L; Platelet count >= 100x10^9; Upper Limit of Normal (ULN) of total bilirubin 3 months; 9. Have a full understanding of this study, have the ability to complete the treatment, and have the condition to sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of malignant tumors at other sites (previous or concurrent), excluding curable non-melanoma skin cancer and cervical carcinoma in situ (survival for at least 3 years without disease progression); 2. Uncontrolled heart disease or myocardial infarction in the last 6 months; 3. Patients with a history of mental illness; 4. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 5. Have uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease; 6. Tumor invasion of trachea and aorta 7. Esophageal tumor leads to complete feeding obstruction, or is accompanied by obvious esophageal perforation and bleeding or has perforated and bleeding; 8. Simultaneous oral or intravenous use of hormones; 9. Active infection; 10. Other researchers believe that this clinical study cannot be completed.
