Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients meeting diagnostic criteria for NMOSD, MS, MG and GBS and sex and age matched healthy volunteers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Having other neurological diseases or serious mental diseases; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney function or other important organ dysfunction; 4. Due to poor compliance, patients cannot cooperate with follow-up work and venous blood collection, or data are incomplete.
