60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 60 years or over; 2.Peripheral intravenous catheter in situ with expected therapy >4 days; 3.The venous treatment has not started; 4.The patients has normal mind, clear speech and cooperative behavior; 5.Voluntary subjects, signing informed consent and good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who need 2 or more needles at the same time; 2.Patients with catheter-related blood steam infections; 3.Planned removal of catheter 72 hours; 5.Individuals with immunodeficiency diseases or receiving immunosuppressive therapy; 6.Peripheral venous catheter placement in the emergency department or operating room.
