21 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age ranges from 21 to 42 years (the population as a whole); according to the standard of reproductive genetics, the elder is over 35 years old, and the non-elder is defined as less than 35 years old. 2. Select IVF-ET women who are infertile due to male factors and meet the criteria of grouping. 3. It meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. 4. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There was a history of steroid hormone therapy and uterine cavity operation within 3 months. 2. It has been clear that the genital organs have obvious and serious other organic lesions; 3. Chromosome abnormalities, endometriosis, PCOS and other diseases that may affect granulosa cell proteomics; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases and psychosis, such as cardio-cerebrovascular disease, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 5. Those who are unable to cooperate (such as those who have neurological or mental disorders or are unwilling to cooperate); 6. Those who fail to use drugs as prescribed or whose examination data are incomplete affect the judgement of curative effect.
