Experimental group:green tea extract 2 tablets per day, a total of 300mg GTE
Control group:2 tablets per day a total of 300mg Maltodextrin etc.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult man aged 25 to 59 years; 2. BMI 24 to 32 kg/m2, 3. Not involved in any clinical program within the previous 3 months; 4. Individuals who have pledged to complete the brisk walking during the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. consuming 2 cups of green tea/d; 2. Current cancer; 3. Diabetes patients; 4. Using medicine in the last 4 weeks; 5. History of serious cardiovascular disease; 6. Have mental illness, liver, renal disease and nerve disease; 7. Cannot complete this intervention.
