Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for hand, foot and mouth disease, enterovirus infection and healthy children's control standards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, acid-suppressing drugs, probiotics or prebiotics in the past 1 month; intestinal diseases such as diarrhea, dysentery and colitis in the past 1 month; enterovirus infection There are serious heart, liver, kidney, lung and other diseases before; poor compliance.
